Now that my garden’s roses are starting to bloom, it’s time to get the camera out and indulge a bit.  Just playing around this afternoon with the most perfect pale apricot rose.  Grabbed my close up filters to put on the front of my macro lens for the first time in years.  I love getting in really close to discover the subtle lines and textures hiding with the petals.

Stunning display of Lupins in Mosgiel park on my short walk before getting groceries this morning.  Just in love with the colours, patterns and intricacy of them all.

New Release - "Remembered Love II"

I had another look at "Remembered Love" and reworked it with a slightly more gothic feel. Not sure which I like best - the light ethereal feel or the edgier, somewhat darker, Victorian version.  

You choose which one is your favourite - I like them both equally.
