Artist Talk

Thanks to all of you that came out on a miserable rainy Dunedin night last Thursday for my Artists Talk.  It wasn’t the best for driving so very pleased to see the members that turned up. It was a great opportunity to showcase my work to the Otago Art Society.  I’m used to talking to photographers so it was really cool to talk to artists and share my story. Once I got over my slight nervousness I really enjoyed the night. Thanks to Doug for his help with the setup, and thanks to Jenny Longstaff for thinking of me.

What this has done has rekindle my love of the audio visual show and remind me of those I do have.  There is a spark of an idea to create more AVs so we’ll see how we go. In the meantime I have several other projects that need some attention so full steam ahead. Now that I have all the hours in the day to plan for myself there still doesn’t seem to be enough time to do everything that I’d like. Still feeling very fortunate to have this life and giving huge thanks to my partner Gav for his support.
