“Phoenix Rising”

Now showing and available for purchase at the Otago Art Society in their “146th Annual Exhibition” from 18th June at the Dunedin Railway Station.

Printed on Hahnemuehle Photo Rag 308 smooth cotton rag Fine Art paper, using Epson archival pigment inks. There are wonderfully rich colours, embedded deep in a print that is made to last.

This image is framed with “Artglass™”. It’s a glass that is chosen by the finest museums around the world and is premium anti-reflective glass. With the intense black background of this style of image, reflections show up much more so than other more colourful (or white) backgrounds, so I try to use this glass special “Artglass™” where possible. It’s more expensive but I think well worth the investment when you see it up on the wall.
